Wash hands before you eat

Swap out chips for fruits and veggies

Take a walk everyday

Read 20 minutes every night for four nights a week

Keep room clean

vacuum/dust room every week

Wake up early on the weekends

Put phone down 30 minutes before bed

Swap out coffee for tea

Pick out your outfit the night before

Spend less money on food

Start eating breakfast

Gossip less

Do one family thing every week
