How to be HAPPY(:

IMG_9897.jpgMany times in my life I have experienced sadness. I appreciate those time because they made me recognize and appreciate the happy times 10 times more.


Here are ways I try to find happiness in every aspect of my life …

-Fake it till you make it

-Allow yourself to feel our sadness/anger for an hour than get up and go smile

-Make a change-physical or mental

-Treat yourself

-Go hangout with friends or family

-Do things that make you feel good-nap,run,read,dance,etc…

-Call your mom

-Pet your dog or cat

-Write it down- write down why you feel unhappy

-Count your blessings

-Get cozy-bath,shower,sleep,meditate

-Compliment someone
